After your Purchase-
Storing your dress
We suggest purchasing and using our premium storage boxes to ensure your gown remains pristine for your big day and ensure your dress is stored somewhere safe, dry and away from direct heat or sunlight. We are unable to offer a guarantee on the condition of the dress over time with these factors considered.
Cleaning your wedding dress
All of our garments are dry clean only, please always read the care label on the inside of the dress. We would recommend that you visit a dry cleaners with experience in cleaning luxury wedding dresses.
Sharing your pictures
We would love to see photos from the big day! Please head over to our social media pages to share with us or send in an email and we could feature you on our page.
Dress alterations
Please note, customers are solely responsible for the cost of any specialist alterations. Bridal Beauty will not be liable for any charges relating to the alterations to any of our products.
Coupons
any discount coupons found online or given in person at events can only be used for NEW customers and sales. Coupons CANNOT be redeemed on any ongoing purchase, this includes reserved dresses.

Please note, the customer is solely responsible for checking the condition of all Bridal Beauty products thoroughly prior to purchase. We will not be held responsible for any damages incurred after the sale of any item.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that they are happy with the fit and condition of all items purchased. As our bridal gowns are sold off the peg and some are sample dresses, our brides can see the exact fit of their gown whilst they are in store with us. We offer additional items and accessories to complete your bridal look and are purchased at customer's discretion. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that they are satisfied with the condition of all items before purchasing. Any concerns can be raised in store.
ALL ITEMS PURCHASED AND TAKEN FROM STORE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-RETURNABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE. MONIES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE TO OTHER ORDERS.
On occasions, and only when agreed in writing between Bridal Beauty and the customer, we may offer customers the opportunity to exchange an item. This would only happen if the item has not left our store and the customer must choose an item of the same monetary value as what was agreed. Once goods are ordered, you have no rights if you simply change your mind (sales of goods act 1979).

PRICING & AVAILABILITY
Prices are subject to change without notice. Delivery costs will be charged in addition and will be made clear on checkout. We also offer a free collection from store.
All Goods are subject to availability - we may not be able to supply your order. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from: the product ordered being unavailable from stock, our inability to obtain authorisation of payment, the identification of an error within the product information etc. If there are any problems with your order, we shall contact you.
PRODUCTS
Please consider that buying products over the Internet provides a different shopping experience to coming and buying in-store. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your individual monitor settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. As a result, we cannot be held responsible for differences which appear because of this.
We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products appearing on our website are correct at the time when we upload to our website.
If we discover an error in the price of any goods that you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel, and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
OUR CONTRACT
When buying a dress online, your contract with us will be through confirmation email and will detail the items purchased, price and estimated delivery. When buying in store, all customers will receive a receipt of purchase and a signed contract of our terms and conditions (signed by the customer and Bridal Beauty Devon Ltd.).
